Hunter Biden To Launch Meme Coin
Hunter Biden is launching a meme coin that takes aim at Donald Trump and is naming it after the most-infamous personal computer in American political history. Biden’s token will trade under the ticker, $LAPTOP, and launch Sept. 9 on Base. $LAPTOP’s founders, including Biden, will hold 30% of the one billion tokens issued. Bitcoin Hack Drains $320 Million From Crypto Network
Liquid, a blockchain used by several crypto exchanges to move BTC has been hit by white-hat hackers who withdrew ~4,000 BTC — roughly 95% of Liquid Network’s reported reserves. The Bitcoin sidechain paused activity, while exchanges suspended deposits and withdrawals of its bitcoin-backed LBTC token.
