Fiserv (FI), a $92B financial services technology company, has announced plans to launch a digital asset platform and a stablecoin by the end of 2025. The stablecoin (FIUSD) will be available to all Fiserv clients via solana and in partnership with Paxos and Circle (which by the way is up another 16% today). Read more →
Reddit flirts with the Orb
Semafor is reporting that Reddit – the internet's de facto question and answer site – is in early talks with Sam Altman’s Worldcoin (WLD) about using its iris-scanning orb to prove Redditors are real humans – an answer to both AI-generated spam and looming age-verification laws. The idea: let Reddit users to verify that they are unique individuals while remaining anonymous on the platform. Read more →

Crypto influencer Anthony Pompliano is set to be installed as CEO of a new publicly traded company raising $750 million for a BTC treasury. The company, ProCapBTC, will look to raise $500 million in equity and $250 million in convertible debt as part of a merger with the SPAC Columbus Circle Capital 1 (CCCM). [This is seperate from the $250 million SPAC (PCAPU) that Pomp recently raised.]
Good for them, but to be honest ProCapBTC isn’t doing anything different that every other BTC treasury company raising billions of dollars in recent months. While these are all ultimately a race to the bottom, we still expect to see a pop in the price of CCCM. Read more →
