One of the most engaged token user bases is about to become even more so. On Monday, Sept. 1. World Liberty Financial (WLFI) token holders will officially be able to trade the token in spot markets. As of today, >30,000 of the 85,873 wallets that hold WLFI have indicated willingness to trade. Pre-market trading has already been quite active with billions of dollars already changing hands. Crypto fundraising might just break 2021 record
Crypto fundraising in 2021: $29.17 billion. This year to date: $16 billion. First, that $16 billion is already more than all the money raised in 2024. Second, if things hold steady that means 2025 could be an ATH in fundraising. Strategy Bitcoin Premium Sinks
Strategy (MSTR) is seeing its bitcoin premium shrink as the stock fell ~15% this month – a sign that investors are less willing to pay far above the value of its BTC stash. While MSTR took a lot of heat this month after modifying guidance that re-opens the door to more dilution, Bloomberg highlights a deeper issue: the flywheel of sell securities, buy BTC, and expand premium is cracking.
