Strategy sells 3,588 BTC

According to a new 8K filing, last week Strategy (MSTR) sold 3,588 bitcoin for roughly $216 million, trimming its treasury to 843,775 BTC. The Major County Sheriffs of America, a law enforcement group representing more than 120 million Americans, shifted from opposing the bill to taking a neutral position. The group had been concerned about Section 604, which deals with protections for non-custodial crypto developers and service providers. Law enforcement groups worried the language could make it harder to investigate crypto crime, while crypto advocates argued it protects developers who do not control customer funds.
