Ethena Foundation creates SPAC named StablecoinX to buy $360 million of ENA. Will list under ticker USDE.
The Ether Machine (DYNX) to list on Nasdaq with $1.5 billion for Ethereum treasury. Ticker will change to ETHM.
Strategy (MSTR) buys 6,220 bitcoin for $739.8 million.
Sequans (SQNS) buys 1,264 bitcoin for ~$150 million.

Bullish Publishes Financials For IPO
After confidentially filing for IPO in early June, institutionally focused crypto exchange Bullish has officially released more details with the SEC. As a reminder, Bullish is a spinout of Block One and acquired CoinDesk in 2023. The S1 claims total trading volume since launch of $1.25 trillion and ownership of 24k BTC. Bullish plans to trade on the NYSE under the ticker symbol BLSH. Read more →
Rachel Reeves Eyes Bitcoin Sale
According to the Telegraph, the United Kingdom's Home Office, the country's interior ministry, is working with police on potentially selling a stockpile of seized crypto valued at ~$7 billion (which includes at least 61,000 BTC confiscated from a Chinese Ponzi scheme in 2018). This development follows Chancellor of the Exchequer Rachel Reeves grappling with a substantial budget shortfall, sparking fears of another short-sighted cash grab, such as the infamous 1999 gold sale by then-Finance Minister Gordon Brown, or Germany’s 2024 blunder after offloading ~50K BTC.
