Strategy bulks up on cash, keeps options open
Strategy (MSTR) sold 18.26 million new MSTR common shares for roughly $2 billion, then held off on buying bitcoin. It used $136.4 million to repurchase STRC preferred shares and added $300 million to its dividend-and-interest reserve.
