Gemini Confidentially Files For IPO
Gemini, the crypto exchange founded by the Winklevoss twins, has confidentially filed for an IPO, according to a press release on Friday. Details around shares and pricing aren’t yet public as the company said a listing “is expected to occur after the SEC completes its review process, subject to market and other conditions.” With Circle now up more than 300% (!!) since it’s IPO, Gemini et al. have to be chomping at the bit to get in front of investors.
